Account Executive

Close deals for high-growth tech companies and earn uncapped commission with no ceiling.

Sales Remote

As an Account Executive with TechRep Network, you'll be matched with client companies that need experienced closers to convert pipeline into revenue. You'll receive warm leads from appointment setters, run your own prospecting where needed, and own deals from qualification through close. Our clients are typically early-to-growth-stage B2B SaaS and tech companies with proven products and validated ICP. You'll have direct access to the client's leadership, clear playbooks, and marketing collateral to support your close. This is a fully remote, commission-only role — ideal for a sales professional who wants flexibility, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential across one or more client accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and advance a pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities for client companies
  • Run discovery calls to qualify prospects and understand their pain points, timeline, and budget
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's specific use case
  • Handle objections confidently and move deals through the sales process to close
  • Negotiate deal terms and manage contract execution through to signed agreement
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, deal notes, and forecasting in CRM
  • Collaborate with setters, marketing, and client leadership to optimize messaging and close rates

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS or technology products
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a closing role
  • Comfortable operating on a fully commission-based compensation structure
  • Strong discovery, demo, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication — you can run a tight, professional sales process
  • Able to work independently across multiple client accounts with minimal oversight

Compensation

Commission only. Competitive commission rate on closed deals with no cap. High-performing AEs on TechRep Network earn $80K–$150K+ annually depending on client deal sizes and close volume.
